If all the ice melts down from the ice caps, the global water level may rise up to 70 m. This architectural art work is set 500 years ahead from now. Water level will has risen by 30 m and N.Y.C. 2520 A.D. has risen from bottom in the wake of water based urban infrastructure. And all this network of big and bigger infrastructural elements is supported and run by smallest of its habitat unit - Noah's Ark 2.0 - detachable boats which act as living spaces and transportation vehicles.
